I called as soon as I recieved an e-mail about the recall. Two months before my senior cat stopped eating his food and was vomiting a lot and was losing weight. I switched food and he got better. I notified Nutro about the e-mail and that the senior food was not on their list. Employees at pet smart were not aware of this also. It seems that the senior food was not added to the list.

We also noticed our three cats were not eating as much of their Nutro Senior indoor dry cat food. We didn't realize how bad the problem was until we took them to the vet. They all get a small amount of moist food daily. The 2 spoiled Maine Coons split a can in the morning and in the afternoon the 3 cats share a can so they were getting some food. Their dry food feeder seemed to be used very little. At the vet's office we found the Maine Coons had each lost about1.5 lbs. The other cat who gets mainly dry food had lost 4 lbs! She was way over weight so we didn't really realize what was happening. We have since purchased another brand of dry food and they are eating voraciously.

Thanks! One of my favorite rapidshare SE( http://www.rapidsharemix.com ), with its help it's possible to find almost everything.
