I would like to cook for my pet, but how do you know how much to feed each dog? Where can I get a reliable recipe?

Alright, I have to say this article fascinated me at first, but probably for the wrong reason. I actually thought it was some sort of joke:) I like the posts/articles on different types of dog foods and treats, but I don't think I could ever seriously bring myself to cook a lamb dinner for my dog, even if she is adorable:)
You can see her btw (my dog) at http://www.cutepetopia.com she's the little chihuahua on the main page!:)

I made this lamb dinner recipe for my furry boys this past weekend and they just loved it. Very simple to make & it didn't make a huge amount. They eat mostly dry food with a little moist added so now I will just replace the canned moist with this for a couple of days and they love the change. And since its for a short time & only a small amount it won't be too much of a change for their digestion. I also froze 2 servings for another time.

NO! Garlic is poisonus to a dog, don't use in their food at all. Same with onions, the red blood cells in their blood will BURST while circulating in the body, thus leading to anemia that will lead to death!
